Dr. Tamanna Singh

Tamanna K. Singh MD FACC is a board-certified adult clinical and sports cardiologist, Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University, Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Women’s Integrated Sports, Exercise, & Research Center (WISER), Director of the Sports Cardiology Center, and Director of the Exercise Stress Lab at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Boston Medical Center. She completed her Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, NY and her specialty training in Sports Cardiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. To date, she has contributed to numerous publications, held several council roles with the American College of Cardiology (ACC), and is presently an active and returning member of the Sports and Exercise Cardiology Leadership Council. As a sports cardiologist, Dr. Singh provides cardiovascular care for professional, competitive, and recreational athletes and is an advocate for safe participation in sports. She focuses heavily on lifestyle and behavioral change, encouraging intentional movement and nutritional optimization for overall physical and mental wellbeing. She serves Hearst and Runner’s World Magazine as a Medical Advisor and occasional writer. Print contributions include the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, and more. She is an avid athlete who enjoys running marathons and strength training.
