Dr. Kristen Holmes is the Global Head of Human Performance and Principal Scientist at WHOOP, where she leads pioneering research on the interplay between physiological metrics and behavioral patterns. A 2-sport athlete in the Big Ten, former 7-year member of the U.S. National Field Hockey Team, and one of the most successful coaches in Ivy League history, business owner and innovator, she brings a unique blend of elite athletic and business experience as well as scientific acumen. Holmes holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Queensland and has dedicated her career to translating complex data into actionable insights, empowering individuals to achieve their potential through alignment and recovery.
