Jane Meng is a makeup artist, beauty expert, and industry expert with over than 20 years of experience spanning professional artistry, bridal and celebrity beauty, luxury cosmetics, skincare, fashion, editorial, and salon leadership. Her career began as a makeup artist and licensed esthetician, building a strong foundation in both artistry and skin health. Her experience extends beyond artistry into beauty consulting, including work with major beauty brands in technology, product development, education, and consumer experience.

She has also built and led teams within the beauty industry, bringing together her hands-on artistry and deep understanding of the business of beauty.
Today, Jane serves as a Senior Leadership in the New York City district, where she combines her background as a working makeup artist with her expertise in luxury beauty, education, leadership, and client experience.
