Dr. Rachel Gastaldo, PhD, ACSM-EP, is the Director of Applied Longevity Science at Pritikin Longevity Center. With a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, she specializes in the science of healthy aging, exercise physiology, and evidence-based strategies that help individuals maintain strength, mobility, and independence throughout life. Dr. Gastaldo's research has focused on neuromuscular performance, healthy aging, and exercise interventions for older adults and individuals with Parkinson's disease. She is passionate about translating cutting-edge science into practical, sustainable approaches that empower people to improve their long-term health, vitality, and quality of life.
