Singari Seshadri is a Partner at IKJ Capital, an early stage healthcare VC firm where she is focused on incubating and investing in companies at the intersection of healthcare, wellness, and sport, with a focus on women as consumers. She also serves as Managing Partner of Reaction, a global venture firm that began as a class fund at Stanford GSB. Prior to her current roles, she led consumer and digital innovation at Nike. Before Nike, she designed and taught entrepreneurship courses at Stanford University and ran the Stanford Venture Studio, the university’s largest incubator program. Previously, she was a Partner at two venture firms, served on the founding team of three startups—two with successful exits—and held various operational roles. Singari currently serves as an advisor to various startups, and on the boards of for-profit and non-profit organizations. She’s also an active angel investor and avid women’s sports fan.
